Bali Vipassana Meditation 10 days

I Suzy Dior went to a 10 day Vipassana Meditation in Northern Bali which was alternate sitting motionless for hours at a time and walking in slow motion in between.  The Monks were there to guide at 9pm for one hour, only it was in Balinese so we didn’t understand as foreigners.

I sat still so long I forgot I was real.  When I finished I felt away from the crowds and stayed alone for some time to recover.  It is something that always stays with you as a good memory.  I would recommend it if you want to heal.
