10 Day Mindfulness Meditation

I Suzy Dior, was visited Myanmar for the purpose of a 10 day Vipassana Meditation which is a program with the Myanmar Monks for you to sit still for hours without moving, talking or looking at anyone under a mosquito net indoors from 4am to 10pm with a break for food at 6am and 12 noon which is vegetarian or vegan foods.  The Monks and I would walk to and from meals with the slowest steps you can imagine

It was super scary as there had been so much disagreement from the army to the monks in that area and I want to say it healed me but it scared the living daylights out of me and I asked to leave.  They finally allowed me to get in a Monks Taxi which was leaving at the end.

On arrival I was greeted by young men who took away my passport and material goods with jeers.  I wouldn’t recommend it to women as it was so insecure and dangerous.
